The NCAC is the proud recipient of the 2005-2006 International Society of Appraisers Chapter of the Year Award.  The ISA Chapter of the Year award is given in appreciation of active leadership, key contributions and strong commitment to ISA and the appraisal industry.   The award was presented to NCAC members Fred Winer, ISA CAPP, Charles Goldstein, ISA CAPP and Todd Sigety, ISA AM at the ISA annual conference "ASSETS" in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
